• Only after you have received our booking confirmation, the reservation is binding (Please note the cancellation policy).

• The indicative offer is only valid until 12 a.m. of the option date. Changes and errors reserved.

• Please remember, some emails do not arrive. For safety, we recommend a telephone confirmation via sms to the number +43 664 4000 160.

• If you do not confirm the offer within the option period, the reservation will be erased from our system.

v  Booking:

• Booking period for all categories (except Christmas) is in the season Saturday - Saturday. For other travel periods, please consult us.
• The adventure-themed suites, (except for Christmas: minimum stay during Christmas holidays 3 nights) can be booked daily. Prices and details on www.romantikhotel.com.
• Prices plus applicable local tax of € 1,10 per per./day (children under 15 are free).

v  Deposit:

• We appreciate your understanding. we must require a deposit to secure the booking.
• Deposit Amount: Depending on the time of reservation of 30% - 100%.

• By credit card: via www.paypal.com to office@hotelvictoria.at
• There is also the possibility the deposit on your credit card (Visa, Mastercard) debit. For this we need your card number and expiration date of the card, the 3-digit security code (on back of card), and a written permit (also available by mail) for the deduction of the deposit.

• A reservation confirmation will be send to you after receipt of payment.

v  Cancellation:

• Room cancellations are only valid in writing.
• Up to 1 month before date of arrival (except for a fee) - no charge.
• If you cancel up to 21 days before date of arrival, we charge 40 percent of all nights.
• If you cancel up to 14 days before date of arrival, we charge 60 percent of all nights.
• If you cancel up to 7 days before date of arrival, we charge 80 percent of all nights.
• If you cancel up to 3 days before date of arrival, we charge 90 percent of all nights.
• For late arrivals, early departures or no-show, will the entire period booked (without deductions) be charged!
• The deposit will be offset against the cancellation charges or handling fees.
• There is no entitlement for any unused services.

v  Rooms:

• Your booked room is available from ca. 2.00 p.m. on arrival. If you arrive after 18:00 clock we ask you to give us a short notice. Latest arrival is 10.00 p.m.! On the day of departure we ask that you vacate your room by a maximum of 10.00 a.m.!
• The junior suites and suites cannot be booked as a single room!

v  Payments:
• Make your hotel bill in cash (€) or can be paid using a debit card!
• Please note: No cash withdrawals on credit cards!
• Attention: package deals or offers may only be paid in cash
