Does the hotel have parking spaces available?
Parking spaces are available directly in front of the building and behind the hotel. The entrance to the rear car parks is located to the right of the hotel. Please keep garage entrances and driveways clear. Unfortunately, we cannot accept liability for damage to parked vehicles.
How can I book a room?
You can book a room by selecting your favourite from our room overview or by clicking directly on Book. You will be redirected to our booking tool. There you can enter the number of people and your travel dates. You can choose between bed and breakfast or half board. A 50% deposit is charged in advance. Enter your personal details and click on ‘Make a binding reservation’. Your reservation is now complete.
What do I need to bear in mind when cancelling?
Cancellation is free of charge up to two months prior to arrival. For cancellations up to one month prior to arrival, 50% of the total accommodation costs will be charged. In the event of late cancellations, late arrivals, early departures or no-shows, the entire booked period will be charged (without deduction). The deposit paid will be credited towards the cancellation fees or administrative fees.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are welcome in selected rooms by prior arrangement only. Please note that dogs must be kept on a leash and, in accordance with Austrian hotel guidelines, are not permitted in the restaurant or in the wellness and pool areas.
